How does this work?To get started, click Available Offers to view current offers. Select an offer and complete it by following the requirements. Once completed, you can select History to see a list of completed offers and how many points you've earned. Once you have enough points, take a look at what prizes are available and claim your prize at the Prize Claim Center!
In general, higher paying offers take longer, are more complicated, or require payment. Try some of the Free Offers first to get the hang on it. Follow the instructions carefully and you should see your points usually within 5-10 minutes of completing the offer.

Why did I not get credit for completing an offer?
Once you complete an offer by fulfilling its requirements, the sponsor automatically notifies us (postback) and we credit your account immediately. Most postbacks are typically received no more than 10 - 15 mins after offer completion, unless otherwise noted, though some have been known to take up to 24 hours and more to credit.
There may be a number of reasons why you did not receive credit:
- Incorrect personal information
- Offer requirements not met
- You did not meet offer eligibilty requirements (age, gender, region, etc.)
- Your browser does not accept cookies
- Your firewall, antivirus, or antispyware software is blocking cookies
- You closed the offer window too early
- You've completed the same offer on another site
- Your form of payment didn't have enough funds to cover all costs (shipping & handling)
- You used a prepaid credit card
- You are not from the region you indicated when you signed up.
- Always use legitimate info
- Merchants use cookies to track offers. After #1, this is the biggest reason why points aren't awarded.
Make sure you:
- Use a cookie enabled browser like Internet Explorer
- Clear your cookies before each offer How to clear Cookies.
- Temporarily disable programs that may interfere with cookies eg. Anti-Virus or Anti-Spyware
- Temporarily set Privacy to medium or lower
- Read offer requirements carefully
- Do NOT use prepaid credit card
- Allow each window to open completely. Offers use tracking pixels and they may not load if you close the window too quickly.
Can I retry an offer I did not get points on?
Yes you can. Sometimes you will not get points for completing an offer correctly. If this happens you may retry the offer. We suggest you wait at least a day before trying again as some offers take awhile to credit. Lastly, make sure you clear your cookies before you do the same offer again!
Re-trying an offer that you did not receive points on is ok. Do NOT re-do an offer you've already gotten points on; you can only receive points for an offer once and your account may be terminated if you break this rule.
How do I claim a prize
To claim a prize, select 'View Prizes' and click the prize claim link for the prize you want. Prizes will take 0 to 3 days to process. View your prize status at the Prize Claim Center. REQUEST status means your prize is still pending and FULFILLED indicates that the prize has been ordered and will be delivered/emailed shortly.
All code based prizes (XBox 360 Live, Wii points, Habbo vouchers, Nexon cash, etc.) will be emailed unless otherwise specified.
IMPORTANT: Make sure your email and address information is correct. We are not responsible if you have the wrong information on file!
How do I make a custom prize request?
You may request us to buy you almost anything. It can be new or used items, auction items, gift cards, etc. The store you request your prize from must be from your country (eg. Amazon.com (US), Amazon.co.uk (UK), etc.).
When filling out the Custom Order Form, provide the exact link to the item you want. Then give a short description or name of what the item is. The total cost is how much the item costs, including shipping. (Free shipping only if the item qualifies for Amazon Prime) Select the correct currency and the system will calculate an approximate cost in points for your prize and deduct it from your account. Keep in mind the conversion to points is only approximate - official currency conversion is done at the time your prize is processed. The message area is to leave us any special messages regarding this prize.
There is a 10 point minimum for custom orders, including the cost of shipping. This means your order must total 10 points or more after all costs.
Amazon.com Merchant - Specify the seller of the item you want in the message area.
Ebay.com - In general Ebay prize requests are difficult to fulfill as there is a delay between the time you submit a prize request and the time it's actually processed. You may request the "Buy it now" option but we can't guarantee that will work either.
Gift Cards - Keep these in mind as a gift prize alternative, especially if you plan to buy time sensitive prizes such as eBay auction items or Amazon 3rd party merchandise from the Amazon Marketplace.
I'm not from the US how do prize claims work for me?
At this time the prize claim system works only for users from the US. If you are not from the US you must request a prize from a regionalized store eg. Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk, etc. - essentially you will be making a custom prize claim, so be sure to send us a link to the item you would like.
When calculating the points cost, you must convert your local currency into US Dollars, and remember 1 point = $1 US. Don't forget to include shipping costs if applicable.
How do I refer a friend and get 20% of what they make?
Go to the Referral Center and grab the url code to give to your friends. Ask them to visit that link and signup. Once they signup their accounts will be automatically linked to yours so that whenever they complete any offers, you will receive 20% of whatever they make forever!
I'm been contacting support for X days and no one is responding!
Since we answer all emails within 24hours, this leaves 2 possibilities:
- The emails are going into your spam or bulk mail folder.
- The emails are not arriving in your mailbox properly or being blocked somehow. Some yahoo.com email accounts are notorious for this.
